Brad Threlkeld was born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana, where he spent most of his childhood. He attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, where he studied accounting and professional writing.
In 2014, Brad and his wife Holly Threlkeld decided to move to Urbana to be closer to Brad's band, Elsinore. They have two beautiful children, Taleah and Kyrie, who keep them busy with their various activities and hobbies.
When Brad is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, music, running, and watching Big 10 Basketball.
As a real estate agent, Brad is highly respected by his clients and colleagues for his honesty, integrity, and passion for helping people. He started studying to be an appraiser in 2019 and was certified in 2022. Brad enjoys the research and data that drives the appraisal process.
