Hi, I’m Joe Schultz, the Content Creator and Real Estate Photographer here at Trautman Agency and Appraisal. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, I made the move to Champaign, IL, just over a year ago.

Before joining the real estate world, I spent a decade in the automotive industry—eight years in car sales before transitioning to the marketing team, where I discovered my passion for photography.

When I’m not behind the lens, I love spending time with my wife and two kiddos. You’ll often find us on road trips, exploring the local farmers market, or capturing moments through photography.
