“Kim, PJ, the maintenance guys, and just everyone I have talked to have been awesome! I’ve really have had the best experience with this company so far! They are very thorough and make sure they get things fixed ASAP! Also, they come around every spring & winter just to make sure all of the appliances electricity (down to light switches) are in good working order for me! It really is a great company! They also give you your privacy and always let you know well in advance if they are coming to do anything needed! I DEFINITELY recommended them for your next rental! Also, their rent prices are great! As a single mother it feels great to have a great home that I can afford and my kids are just as proud of our home as I am:) I plan on staying here as long as I can and if for some reason I HAVE to move I will definitely speak with Kim or PJ about finding another place!”
“Kimberly is amazing to work with! Everything from move-in to move-out was smooth during the two years of stay at one of Trautman PM’s (formerly Champaign County Realty) managed properties. Kimberly returns emails within a day most of the time, and she does her best to accommodate any requests like early move-in). The maintenance requests submitted through Appfolio were promptly taken care of. Although I have never talked to PJ directly, he has also been super responsive over emails. Out of all the leasing experiences in Champaign, this has been my favorite. I wish to be back with Kimberly and PJ in the future. 👍”
