I’m Phillip Curry, a licensed Realtor and Residential Property Manager passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Since earning my license in 2017, I’ve been dedicated to providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers throughout the Champaign-Urbana area. With a strong background in residential property management, I offer valuable insights to investors looking to grow and optimize their portfolios.
Originally from Marshall, Illinois, I moved to Champaign in 2007 to further my education, attending both Parkland College and Eastern Illinois University. After making the Champaign-Urbana area my home, I combined my love for real estate with my deep local knowledge, allowing me to guide new homebuyers and experienced investors with confidence and care.
I’m especially passionate about helping investors expand their portfolios. I also take pride in my track record of securing top-dollar sales for my clients. Whether I’m walking a first-time homebuyer through the process of finding the perfect place—whether a college rental or a forever home—or assisting seasoned investors with strategic acquisitions, my commitment to personalized service always shines through.
When I’m not immersed in real estate, I enjoy golfing, spending time with friends, and relaxing with my two loyal Weimaraners, Dane and Dexter.
