PJ Trautman, Designated Managing Broker of Trautman Real Estate Agency & Appraisal, 2023 President of the Champaign County Association of REALTORS®. PJ was born and raised in Champaign/Urbana and obtained his real estate appraisal license in 2006, his Illinois real estate broker license in 2008 and managing broker’s license in 2015. PJ founded his own brokerage company, Trautman Real Estate Agency & Appraisal in 2023. He also owns Trautman Real Estate Appraisal Services, LLC with offices in Champaign and Chicago. PJ specializes in residential sales, residential appraisals, termed rentals and property management, as well as short-term/vacation rental management. He also holds a real estate broker and appraiser license in Florida. He has served on numerous CCAR committees. PJ has been a Major Investor of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) since 2014. During his term as CCAR President he oversaw the development of the first-ever CCAR Leadership Academy Cohort. PJ is also an active member of the Illinois REALTORS®. He is a graduate of the Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Academy and the United Way Emerging Community Leaders Program. PJ has served on the City of Champaign Planning Commission since 2017.
