I’ve lived in or around Chicago for my entire life; it’s the greatest city in the world!  In my opinion, following real estate trends here is just another way to understand and appreciate the machinations of this wonderful city. 

I’m an alumnus of the University of Illinois, and my background is in business and customer service.  When I’m not working on appraisals, I’m typically baking, exercising, tabletop gaming, or optimizing my local-pollinator-friendly perennial garden.
